Each session is performed online through video chat (no special software required). We will connect and speak about your goals and intentions. I use my intuitive abilities to connect with your higher-self and guides to bring through whatever guidance and healing is needed to address the root energetic causes of any limitations you are experiencing. Each session is a unique co-creative process where we will both actively participate in working through any shifts needed. Sessions may include talking through and energetically shifting limiting beliefs, ancestral healing techniques to remove limitations passed down through your lineage, clearing and recalibrating your energy field, trauma and emotional healing, guided meditations, soul retrieval, and other techniques as needed. I draw from my experience as a Reiki Master Teacher, training in shamanic healing techniques, and my own intuitive and channeling skills to inform each session.
