I will empower you to take your relationships and your life from surviving to THRIVING.  With over 25 years of experience supporting and empowering individuals, organizations, teens and victims of domestic abuse, I bring warmth, empathy and a true understanding of the trauma that challenging relationships can create.  By developing a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves, we attract and sustain healthy and loving relationships in our lives.

As a divorced mother, I bring to the table the journey that I have taken into THRIVING.  In recognizing that the trauma did not define me; rather it was merely a chapter in an epic novel, I have re-connected with my inner wisdom that I deserve and embody LOVE, JOY and ABUNDANCE.  When we live into who we truly are, we are able to embrace our fears. Embracing our fear is stepping into our POWER.  I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 16 years as a way of connecting with my inner truth and cultivating self-love which has brought me to my passion of healing mind, body and soul by exploring many different paths both for myself and with my clients.

I have a BA in Psychology from Trinity College of Vermont.  I am proud to be a life long learner and have taken numerous Masters Degree courses in Community Mental Health Counseling  and hold a Professional Certification in Human Resources Management from Bentley College.  I have also attended numerous training sessions and seminars on communication skills, relationships, and the effects of trauma on individuals and families.  I am honored to have educated hundreds of adolescents and adults on the characteristics of a healthy relationship, self-esteem, communication skills and boundary setting.  I have worked with professional groups in the areas of team building, communication and conflict resolution. I completed my training with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in March of 2014 and received my Professional Certification of Energy Leadership Index™ - Master Practitioner.  In addition, I became Certified in April of 2014 with the International Coach Federation.  Embracing my belief in a holistic approach to healing, I am a Reiki Master and Instructor.  I practice a number of different Healing Arts including the utilization of guided meditations and visioning exercises, smudging, Crystal Healing Bowls, and Crystals for Healing and Manifestation.  I am also a Desire Map Facilitator.
