I started Empowering You in July 2015 after a long and successful career in Sales Management. In the beginning my focus was on Life Coaching and Personal Development, however, in 2016 I started a Reiki training course and after being attuned in February 2017 as a Reiki Master and Practitioner, I started offering Reiki sessions. I have now completed Crystal and Animal Reiki courses as well and now offer these at my small studio in Stamford Bridge, Nr. York in the North of England.
