A fall on my backside gave me pain from behind for months… I laugh every time I tell the story of my “big fall.” That uncomfortable feeling of being off balanced or tripping while walking, how about a slip on a patch of black ice if you can, you understand my pain. Having a good sense of balance means having both a mental and physical grounding. A meditation practice that includes yoga such as the elegant Tree Pose (trust me it’s not as easy as it looks) over time it builds tremendous inner and outer strength as you learn to balance on one leg.
