Lincs Holistic Wellness was founded to help people who are struggling with the stress of life and suffering mentally, emotionally and physically as a result. By using Reiki, combined with other healing modalities such as essential oils and crystals, I can help bring your body and mind back into alignment leaving you feeling better able to cope. Reiki can benefit anyone as it provides deep relaxation, feelings of calm and contentment, reduces stress and anxiety, aids sleep and speeds up the body's natural healing process. I also offer Reiki for animals as they can reap the benefits as much as humans.
