We will be practicing our ABC’s (Awareness, Balance, Connectedness) and learning about how all 8 dimensions of wellness overlap one another and go hand in hand. When one is off balance this throws the other areas of wellness out of balance. Our goal is to practice whole wellness everyday by taking it ONE breath, ONE moment, ONE step, ONE day at a time! Creative expression will be a large part of Liv By ONE! as this allows us to connect to our inner being. We will offer distant Reiki to those who want to move energy and really connect to themselves and the world around us.
