Rainbows End Reiki our aim is to provide Reiki to as many people who need it. I believe that Reiki is a relaxing therapy which will create peace and calm within you. Many clients have come with quite severe anxiety and you can see the benefits almost straight away. If a therapy promotes relaxation in the mind body and spirit then this will promote a healing which can only be good. Many of us juggle busy lives and find it hard to make time for ourselves and I'm asking you to make time .
