I started my Reiki training in 1992 at a small shop called Angel Quest in Wappinger Falls NY. I met my Reiki master Dawn Benis while looking for stones. After buying the stones she waved her hands over mine and I felt something, I asked what was that? She said it's Reiki. It was then I became her student. During my training we worked with cancer patients, injured people, people with high stress levels, people who needed to relax, pets, and my fellow students. I was honored when she asked me to become a Master Teacher of the The Usui Reiki Treatment Method in 1995. From then until now I have used this teaching to show others the way of Reiki. I have a bachelors in Theology, a masters in Religious Ed. a PhD in Metaphysics and a masters in Chaplaincy. I am certified in Physio/Spiritual Massage, Spiritual Counseling, Pastoral counseling & Guided Meditation I use both traditional Reiki and crystal Reiki.
