I have found that my passion for health and wellness stirs not only the desire for myself and my family, but has become a direction and love that God has provided me with to help others achieve their personal strengths in mind, body and spirit. I am continually gaining awareness in all areas of my life and am learning to embrace them fully for what they are and build on them. I strive to be the best that I can be for me, and nobody else!
A full 360 degrees of Holistic Health and Wellness is my desire, passion and calling, not only for myself to be the BEST I can be for ME, but also to assist others attain their desired lives. I walk with women and men to help them discover the unbalanced areas in their lives, and through various means, we address what is out of balance and work on a plan specific to meet their needs. My zest for this journey has taken me through education in Certified Personal Training & Nutrition, Certification in Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching, Reiki Level 1, 2 and Master/Teacher, Crystal Reiki, as well as 300 hr Certification in Embodiment Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Prenatal Yoga and Prenatal Thai Massage.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that relieves and or reduces stress, promotes relaxation. It is administered by touch or not touch and is based on the idea that a "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. When our "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more able to be happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki by definition is "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. Because Reiki aims to treat the whole person, sometimes unexpected feelings are brought out to clear the blockage.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It can work in combination with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
During your session, with your permission, I will sometimes use crystals to aid in your experience.
After your session, you are able to purchase the crystal set used along with three extra crystals for your to keep with you.
Chakra & Aura Balancing positively influences our whole being - spirit, emotions, mind, and body.
Adjusting the aura and chakras with energy balancing creates a state of whole-body balance. When people have been through stressful or emotional periods or are physically exhausted having Aura & Chakra Energy Balancing can help with relieving some or all of those systems.
An Aura & Chakra Energy Balancing session is different to Reiki. With Reiki, I am channeling energy through to you, with set hand positions, which address the whole body. With Aura & Chakra Energy Balancing I am targeting specific areas of your aura and chakras.
As with my Reiki treatments, I sometimes incorporate crystals and crystal light therapy depending on what my intuition tells me.

I am trained to teach Usui Reiki Ryoho and have taken all of my training in person several years ago. I have taught many workshops and have trained many practitioners (see website for testimonials). I am also trained in teaching color and sound therapy. I as well am a mindfulness instructor and look forward to teaching my next 10 week family workshop online.
