Having worked extensively overseas and in Australia with sporting clubs, health spas and in her own clinics and yoga school, Anna offers a fun and balanced approach to her work.
Some of the classes and workshops on offers include: Online Reiki Certification for Adults & Children, inamojo™, Wellbeing Days and International Retreats. Anna is also a gifted channel and offers online readings, distance healing and energetic home & property clearings.
Anna is also the Co-Founder and writer of Inamojo, an internationally recognised wellbeing modality for children.
Usui Reiki is a gentle form of hands-on energy healing. It was introduced to the world by Dr Mikao Usui around 1922 and originated in Japan. This wonderful technique is great for stress reduction and relaxation and encouraging the bodies own natural self healing. The word Reiki comes from the Japenese words:
Rei ( universal ) and ki ( life energy ). It is this energy which flows through all living things and is vital to well being. Reiki works on different levels, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual enhancing everything in life. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being. This is a truly beautiful and gentle, yet powerful treatment. I am a Reiki Master and can trace my lineage back to the original founder Mikao Usui.
