I am certified in internationally accredited Level 1, 2 & Master training in Traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki and Level 1 and 2 of Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. As well as being a member of the well-established International Reiki Organization.

After 2 years of honing my technique, I specialise in helping busy working women find their answers from within, and navigate life's challenges through Reiki healing and implementing actionable techniques to support day-to-day wellbeing.

Since I was a child I had felt misunderstood, too "sensitive" and feeling other energies around me. I ended up in a toxic, burnout lifestyle and career that didn't serve me. I was then made redundant from my corporate job in London during the pandemic which was a blessing in disguise. It gave me the time I was craving for to begin a deepening of knowledge and get to know who I was at the core.

When I realised I was an empath and highly sensitive person, I began deepening my spiritual knowledge and intuition with the help of energy healing, it helped me discover my true purpose - being of service to others who are struggling with the same issues I had faced and overcome.

With energy healing, guidance and doing the inner work, it gives me joy to be able to help women connect to their intuition and feel empowered to set boundaries, manage their wellbeing with confidence and find true happiness which feels authentic to them.
