With over a decade of training & experience in natural health, energy modalities, coaching, biofeedback, & mind body medicine, it is important to support & guide others to find the deepest levels of health, wellness, their true self & purpose in life.
My passion & gifts lie in helping others to discover their life purpose. As a guide and coach, I help others to revise their diet, reform their bodies, revamp their minds & reignite their spirit to the best version of themselves.

I have taught courses, webinars & workshops on weight loss, body type mapping, nutrition, emotional conflicts, stress management, energy healing, meditation, the Higher & Infinite Self.
I have also created programs: Soul To Strength™’. A 90 Day Empowered Transformation Program™"- a series of 7 important inner & outer body belief, emotional detox, spiritual rejuvenation & re-balancing, removing inner blocks & rebuilding steps, every woman needs to emerge, embrace and reconnect with her true self-worth, reignite her life's passion & purpose and awaken as her BEST, 'on purpose' self.
I approach each teaching and healing session with the specific intention of guiding participants to the innate wisdom and power they hold within, and how they can best use their unique gifts to express their talents and true self to the world.
To me, soul, science, intuition, energy and divine alignment are all part of the greater interconnectedness. I share my wisdom and support others through in-person consultations, online programs, private readings / healing sessions, and live retreats, workshops and events. Using a combination of herbal & homeopathic remedies, flower essence, biofeedback scans and nutraceuticals, I feel truly blessed to help guide clients in being agents of change in their own health, to find their hidden potential in their personal development and growth.
I truly believe on a soul level that each of us have the innate ability to make an impact in our lives & in the world.
