A small, home-based business on a mission to plant seeds of wholeness, and healing, through Yoga, Energy Work, and herbal offerings. I love to get to know people and help guide them to their own healing powers with the aid of breath work, meditation, yoga, reiki, essential oils, herbs, nutrition and heart centered living.

Kelly Merrill – owner, RYT 200 with additional Yin, Restorative, Meditation & Pranayama Training, doTerra Wellness Advocate, Certified AromaDance Facilitator, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Ongoing Herbal Studies and Certifications, BA in Psychology. I have studied and completed trainings with Travis Eliot, Lauren Eckstrom, Alex Amorosi, Suzanne Imbruno Cobb, Ray Reitze, Lauren Pignatello, Lisa Powers, Tamara Gerlach, and I am currently working through a home study course with Rosemary Gladstar. I am finishing up my first full Maine Herbal series with some incredible herbalists (Mary Move, 7 Song, Maria Noel Groves & more). I am honored to have all of these incredible teachers on my path. There are more trainings on the calendar for me in the near future. Throughout the next year I will continue my studies with Rosemary. I will participate in an additional Apprenticeship with Lauren Pignatello and further my studies of folk herbalism. In 2018 I added 100 hours of yoga training to my RYT 200 at Panacea, with Travis, Lauren, Ray, Suzanne, Alex and Beth Jones .
