Reiki Level 1

Come join us for Usui Reiki level 1, it is 7 hours long. I give each student all the required Level 1 attunements. We will cover the following:
The origin and history of Reiki.
The Reiki Principles/Precepts
The nature of Reiki energy, how it heals
The importance for students to integrate these into their life on a daily basis.
I demonstrate a Reiki self-session
Students practice the full self-healing session in class.
I demonstrate the standard hand positions for doing a one-on-one Reiki session using a Reiki table.
Each student will give a full (one hour) Reiki session to another person or another student on a Reiki table.
I demonstrate how to do a Reiki chair session.
I provide a professional quality Reiki Level 1 manual for each student and a certificate at the end of the class.
